TravelTrackr Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the TravelTrackr mobile application ("the App") collects, uses and shares personal data. The data controller is AyonLabs ("we"). Contact: info.ayonlabs@gmail.com.
1. Data we collect

We do not collect diagnostics or crash reports, and we do not use third-party behavioural analytics (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics).
2. Why we use this data and legal basis

3. Advertising
The App is free and ad-supported through Google AdMob. In the European Economic Area and the UK you are shown a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads load; you may choose non-personalized ads and change your choice later in Settings. 4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following providers who process it on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) — account and content storage and sync. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform — ad delivery and consent management.
- OpenStreetMap Foundation — when maps load, its servers receive your IP address to serve map tiles. wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy
Other App users can see your display name, profile picture, leaderboard score and travel progress, according to friendships and leaderboards.
5. International transfers
The providers above are part of Google and may process data in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account: this immediately removes your profile, visited countries and wishlist, badges, collections, friendships and profile picture, via a server function that performs a cascading delete. Alternatively, email us at info.ayonlabs@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us for removal.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Data access is restricted to your own account through Firebase security rules. Infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
